RIMINI MARATHON A.S.D. with the approval of FIDAL , the Regional Committee FIDAL Emilia Romagna and the collaboration of the provincial committee FIDAL in Rimini, Rimini organizes MARATHON 2022.
The careful technical organization and logistics put every athlete in optimum conditions to improve their performance on a course measured and certified FIDAL . The race will take place Sunday, March 20, 2020 .
Regional competitive racing on the road.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

Case 1. you have WA CARD (world athletics) or FIDAL CARD.
It’s enough! You can Run!

Case 2. You don’t have any cards

You will run non competitive 42km Marathon with regular medal, race packet, bib and chip but you will result in alphabetical chart with all non competitive runners.

In the case of athletes who compete in wheelchairs ONLY MARATHON membership is free .

It is also recommended the assistance of their companions by bike ( prior authorization must be requested in advance of the organization ) .

The participant raises any liability in any case the CO about their physical fitness to compete in the race.

For organizational reasons , especially a few days before the race, you may experience delays for verification of names !

WE RECOMMEND:
athletes who will carry out the registration after 01 March 2022 to bring with you and produce ( if it will request the payment receipt ) .
In any event, athletes must bring with you the confirmation letter and all documents that may be useful ( valid medical certificate , proof of payment , etc. ..) .

REGISTRATION FEE OR CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANIZATIONAL

The organizational contribution includes: race number , timing chip (MYSDAM to NOT be returned after the arrival), insurance , medical assistance, refreshments along the route and on arrival, goody bag , program and information material results, participation medal (for classified ) , certificate of participation downloaded from this link --> Results and Certificate of Participation

In organizational contribution includes:

• Package with sponsor's products ;

• medals at the arrival ;
• timing ;
• 8 restoring and sponging ;
• RIMINIMARATHON service pacemakers ;
• free health service and massages area ;
• health service with ambulances and doctors on the route;
• shuttles retired athletes , hot showers ( indoor stadium Flaminio) ;

PICK and PACK RACE BIB
The bib can only be withdrawn by submitting a letter of confirmation , which must be downloaded from https://www.endu.net/it/events/rimini-marathon
The withdrawal of the BIB may take place to the organizing secretary in the following days:
• Saturday 19/03 from 09.30 to 19.30 Area Expo' Arco d'Augusto Rimini
• Sunday 20/03 from 07.00 to 08:15 Area Expo' Arco d'Augusto Rimini
In case of impossibility to pick up your race number , you can delegate .

HOUSING GRANTS
The storage bags will be placed in the sports hall Flaminio
The candidates will have to deposit the bags marked on the label ( content in your envelope ) corresponding to the
number of his breastplate. It is recommended ( for logistical reasons ) to take with them the bare minimum. The athlete
may deposit within the 8.45 and recover after the race.
It is recommended not to store valuables in the bags .
The organization accepts no liability for any losses .

STARTING PROCEDURE
The race starts at 9:30 am preceded by a few minutes from the start of athletes with disabilities. The entrance to the departure will be at 8:30 . Latecomers will be made starting in the tail race .

SERVICES ON PATH
Refreshments (water, salt supplements and solid foods ) , sponges ( as per regulation FIDAL ) and Pacemaker RIMINIMARATHON to improve your performance .
Health service , ambulance service and medical care. athletes with broom recovery service . On the path timing MYSDAM Dapiware and photo shoot.
The entire route will be closed to traffic during the passage of the marathon .

PATH
Participants are required to comply with the rules of the road . Very few curves , completely flat and fast which puts the ideal conditions for your new personal best . The starting point is to RIMINI near Arch of Augustus . All competitors after covering their distances (measured and certified by the Federation , will be indicated by a direction indicator and odometer) in an environment rich in art, history and culture (as well as the capital of the summer tourism ) and passing through the centers of some features locations close to the city and along the Adriatic coast north will reach the historic center crossing along the course that combines the Roman Bridge of Tiberius at the Arch of Augustus the target range.

SAFETY
It will be taken care of by the Municipal Police in Rimini and municipalities involved.
The athlete will have to follow the signs arranged by the organizing committee and comply with the rules of the road .

SERVICE PACEMAKERS RIMINIMARATHON
Unless organizational problems will be provided for the following groups to help you hit your target lap :
MARATHON : 3:15 to 3:30 - 3.45 - 4:00 - 4:15 - 4:30 - 4.45

BIB NUMBER
You will receive number 10 March 2022!
The bib is personal and must not be confused with other people, to be applied clearly visible on the jersey . May not be concealed writing, numbers and logos under penalty of disqualification .

TIMING
The microchip MYSDAM is provided and is used for the automatic detection of the time. The chip is strictly personal and reports
the number of your pectoral RIMINIMARATHON 2022 is assigned without additional charges or deposits . And ' mandatory use
only and exclusively the microchip MYSDAM delivered by our organization. At the end of the race should NOT be returned to the staff
responsible medals in the box , before the final refreshment area reserved only for athletes of RiminiMarathon .
The CHIP MYSDAM must remain attached to the bib. If it is removed, you will not be classified !

TIME LIMIT
The time limit to finish the race is set at 7 / h .

HEALTH SERVICE

SERVICE HOT SHOWERS

Refreshments

SPONGING
• # 5 sponging . After the first 17.5 km and subsequently after every 5 km.

NOT DIRTY ! Please throw sponges , bottles and glasses in the appropriate containers .

TIMING
Be clocked at 21,097 and the arrival of the marathon.

The CHIP must remain attached to the bib. If it is removed, you will not be classified !

RETIRED ATHLETES
Recovery zone at Km 21 - 25 - 30 - 35.

ARRIVAL

COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be submitted via verbal (1st instance ) or in writing to the Referee at the Races (2nd instance ) to the Judge of Appeal within 30 minutes from the end
of the race, accompanied by only complaints in the 2nd instance , in writing ) with a fee of 50.00 and will be returned if the protest is upheld. For all that
not expressly provided for in this Regulation refer to the general regulations of the FIDAL .

FINAL WARNINGS
The organizer reserves the right to change, at any time, any provision of this Regulation, on grounds
of force majeure. Any changes to services, venues and times will be posted on the website : staging.riminimarathon.it .

The event will take place in all weather conditions , with the exception of natural disasters and terrorist events .
In this case, the participation fee will not be refunded . Will be held valid the right to participate in the following year , if exercised through regular registration with specific and in any case not later than 31.01.2022 . In the event of non-participation , the share race will not be refunded.
The website is the official information of the event. Therefore, all official communications and any re-opening of registrations will be notified on the website. The sending of the card by the competitor authorizes the organizers to use still images and motion of each competitor

The prize money reserved for Italian athletes and "Italians equivalent" (equal to 25% of the prize money), assigned by position in the standings, can be combined with the overall prize money.
No cash prizes (or similar features: generic value vouchers, bonuses, salaries, reimbursement of expenses of any kind and in any capacity) can be provided for athletes in the categories Beginners, Children, Cadets, Students and for the owners of "Runcard e Runcard EPS or Non competitive Foreign Athletes
